The young lady went above and beyond to help me. She corrected changes I needed and went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied! I would have liked it to be a size larger!
Great experience
I've used USA Service Dog Refistration twice now, for my current dog and my previous dog who passed. There were several years between their registrations, but the changes to my account were smooth and the response times have always been prompt. The prices are also fair and there are no hidden costs or anyone pushing to upsell you. Overall both of my experiences have been a breeze.

Not great but could be worse
The vest has adjustable straps but they don't hold tension well so it constantly slides to the sides of my dog. The tag for his collar has come off several times regardless of my clinching the ring with pliers after it fell off the first time. The collar itself is very broad and easy to read but also doesn't hold tension to keep it the correct size. I didn't recieve a physical copy of my animals certificate and instead had to print it off myself which makes it look incredibly unprofessional/unoffireceived. Plaque for my wallet or lanyard is perfect. I thought for the money I was spending that I would've gotten better quality so I'm disappointed in what I recieved.
